Tureck is an oral anabolic steroid primarily used to reduce androgenic effects. With an androgenic activity of 6% and an anabolic effect of 53%, Tureck's active substance, 4-chlordehydromethyltestosterone, binds to DNA, acting as a transcription factor that triggers the synthesis of specific RNA and proteins. Its predominant impact lies in its anabolic effects, particularly evident in striated muscles, bones, and tissues with high metabolic activity (such as bone marrow and mucous membranes), significantly influencing muscle growth and mass.
Contraindications:
- Allergy (hypersensitivity) to chlordehydromethyltestosterone or any component in the drug.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Acute and chronic prostatitis.
- Prostate cancer.
- Breast cancer.
- Ovarian cancer.
- Adenoma.
- Renal and hepatic failure.

Dosage and Side Effects
Tureck's administration should strictly follow the prescribed dosage, method, and duration as advised by your physician. It's administered orally, and the film-coated tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water, avoiding division, crushing, or chewing.
The typical dosage ranges between 20 to 50 mg per day, and the treatment period generally spans from 2 to 6 weeks.
Usage of Tureck is not recommended for children and adolescents below 18 years due to insufficient data regarding its safety and effectiveness in this age group.
Exercise caution when using this medication for individuals with a history of heart problems, high blood pressure, impaired liver or kidney function, epilepsy, migraine, or glaucoma (intraocular tension), either currently or in the past.
Before initiating the treatment and periodically throughout, it's advisable to conduct rectal examinations to monitor the prostate's condition.
