Product Description
Methandienone tablets contain methandienone as the active substance, a derivative of testosterone with slightly reduced androgenic properties, yet displaying a more pronounced anabolic effect. Methandienone intensifies protein synthesis, encourages bone tissue formation—critical for increasing skeletal calcium reserves—and inhibits calcium and nitrogen excretion from the kidneys. Its anabolic effect triggers heightened appetite, weight gain, and an overall improvement in the body's condition.
Methandienone finds utility in various therapeutic conditions associated with protein synthesis disorders, cachexia of diverse origins, injuries, burns, pre- and postoperative infections, recovery after infectious diseases and radiation, muscular dystrophy, inadequate weight, pathological weakness, osteoporosis, renal failure, bone deterioration, negative nitrogen balance due to corticosteroid therapy, hypo- and aplastic anemia. It also serves as an adjunct in the treatment of tuberculosis, hepatitis, osteomyelitis, and asthma.

Usual doses for adults include an initial dose of 10-20 mg/day, maintenance dose of 5-10 mg/day, and a maximum dose of 50 mg/24 hours. Treatment duration is up to 4 weeks, and repeat treatment can be prescribed within 6-8 weeks.
Like all medications, Methandienone may cause side effects, although they are unlikely in therapeutic doses. Prolonged treatment has been associated with various adverse reactions, such as liver tumors, hypertrophy and/or prostate cancer in the elderly, changes in blood tests, gastrointestinal disorders, hypersensitivity reactions, and many others detailed in the leaflet provided with the medication.
